These Terms govern your use of tech-interview.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

tech-interview.ai provides AI-assisted interview practice, architecture design tools, feedback, and related features. The service is educational and preparatory; it does not guarantee interview performance, job placement, employment, or the accuracy of any generated output.

Your account and content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the content you submit. You must not submit unlawful content, production credentials, personal data you are not authorized to share, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass usage or payment controls, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service to build or operate a competing product without our written permission.

AI-generated output

AI-generated feedback and infrastructure suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, particularly for security, production infrastructure, legal, financial, or employment decisions.

Purchases and interview credits

Consumer interview packs are one-time purchases that grant the number of interview credits shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when a new mock interview session is started. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service, brand, software, and product content. You retain rights in content you submit, and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tech-interview.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
